Terms & Conditions – Protea Collection Ltd.

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Protea Collection Ltd. website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Protea Collection Ltd. is registered in Israel and operates under Israeli law.

2. Eligibility
Purchases may only be made by individuals aged 18 years or older.

3. Products
All jewelry is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Slight variations in size, weight, or appearance may occur due to the nature of precious metals and gemstones. 

4. Orders & Payment
• Payment is accepted by credit card and other methods offered at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through approved providers.
• Protea Collection Ltd. is responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through this website.

 5. Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery times and options will be displayed at checkout.
• Standard delivery within Israel is usually completed within 1–5 business days if the item is in stock alternatively it will take 7-14 working days. International delivery times vary.
• Self pickup from our offices is available, subject to appointment and presentation of a valid Israeli Identity Card, or a valid international passport.
• Delivery delays caused by third parties (courier companies, customs, etc.) are outside our responsibility. 

6. Returns & Exchanges
• Jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

7. Liability
• Protea Collection Ltd. is solely responsible for all sales and deliveries.
• Our payment providers (such as Grow) are not liable for any claims related to purchases.

8. Warranty
All jewelry carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects excluding center stones. This does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

It should be noted that Protea Collection disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user due to the use of the product or service sold.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
